Membership Cancellation

30 day notice required. If you decide to cancel, we require a 30-day written notice sent to info@theblueprintHB.com. For example, if your next payment is scheduled 15 days after we receive your cancellation request, that payment will still process. Your membership will then remain active through that billing cycle before ending.

Founding rate is not reinstated. If you decide to return in the future, you will be able to join at the current membership rates available at that time. Founding Member pricing cannot be reinstated after cancellation.

Year paid in full/annual memberships are non refundable. For year paid in full/annual memberships, your membership begins on the date of purchase and remains active for one full year from that date. Renewals are available upon request and may be subject to a higher rate.

Membership Freezes

One freeze per calendar year

Members may request one of the following freezes once per calendar year.

Travel Freeze

1 Month

Medical Freeze

3 Months. Medical documentation may be required.

Please contact us before your next billing date to request a qualifying freeze.

Class Policies

Reservations & Arrival

Class Reservations

If you reserve a class and do not attend, or cancel less than 12 hours before class begins, a $5 no-show fee will be charged to your account. Please cancel early whenever possible so another member can take your spot.

Late Arrival Policy

For the safety of all members, anyone arriving more than 5 minutes after the scheduled class start time will not be permitted to join class. This policy ensures everyone completes the proper warm-up and helps reduce the risk of injury.
