Lead Coach
Job Description: At The Blueprint LA, coaching is about more than leading workouts, it’s about creating an unforgettable experience and building a strong community inside and outside the gym.
We’re looking for a Lead Coach who brings energy, leadership, and professionalism to every class while helping members feel supported, challenged, and connected.
Lead workouts with confidence, energy, and clear instruction while ensuring member safety through proper coaching and modifications
Create an exceptional class experience through strong presence, active coaching, and meaningful member connections
Build relationships with members and represent the Blueprint LA culture both inside and outside the gym
Support gym growth through the 4 R’s: Revenue, Retention, Reengagement, and Reconnection, and by following the BPLA new lead process
Communicate updates with the team via Slack and contribute to a positive, professional team environment
Attend staff meetings and trainings while helping maintain the high standards of Blueprint LA
