Here is an article that I found from the great Jim Stoppani, Ph.D. He’s someone that is trusted in the industry because his articles and information are based on science, not just theory. No fads, no gimmicks, just science and raw data. Here he writes about different ingredients that you can use to create your own fat-burner. You can add or delete whatever works or doesn’t work for you, but I’ve put together a sample stack and nutrition plan that I am going to use for the next 10 weeks to get myself ready for summer. For ease of scheduling, I’ve added what I’ve put together to set up my plan for the next 10 weeks using the products that Stoppani suggests. I’ve left out Yohimbe as I’ve had a kidney issue in the past. I will be posting my 10-week quest for lean starting March 28th.
Fat Burning Stack:
Caffeine: 200-400 mg between meals 2-3 x a day (One dose before workout)
Green Tea Extract: 500-1000 mg 2-3 x a day (One dose before workouts)
Capsaicin or Cayenne: 40,000-80,000 HU 2-3x a day, 30 minutes before meals (One dose before workouts)
Carnitine: 2-3 grams 2-3 x a day (One dose before workouts and one post-workout)
CLA: 1-3 grams with breakfast, lunch, and last meal of the night
Fish Oil: 2-3 grams with meals 2-3 x a day
