Front Desk
The Front Desk Team Member plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every member who walks through the doors at Blueprint LA. This role supports daily gym operations while helping members and guests feel connected to our community.
Greet members and guests with a friendly, high-energy welcome
Check members into classes and assist with scheduling or membership questions
Support new leads and help introduce them to the Blueprint LA experience
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
Communicate member updates and leads with the team via Slack
Work alongside coaches and staff to create a positive, community-driven environment
Friendly and outgoing personality
